About the
School of Piano Playing

In my opinion, quality musical education is most crucial in the early stages of the musical learning process.

Ever since my earliest memories, I have been captivated by music, particularly through the art of playing the piano. Initially, I never envisioned myself as a piano teacher, but over the years, as I immersed myself in the study of music and built meaningful connections with my mentors, my perspective transformed. This shift led me to start passing valuable knowledge to young students, inspired by the guidance I received from my mentors. Witnessing the positive results of this teaching endeavor was immensely gratifying.

In my opinion, quality musical education is most crucial in the early stages of the musical learning process. This recognition aligns with the practices of renowned music institutions such as the Central Music School in Moscow, which has produced numerous exceptional pianists. Often early musical education is neglected and fails to receive the attention it deserves. It is with this realization that I established this school—a place where I hope to guide the learning process inspired by devotion.

Contrary to the common belief that students should spend a prolonged period acquiring superficial knowledge before delving into conscious piano learning, I advocate for an efficient approach.

A teacher, equipped with a thorough understanding of the learning process, should pass on crucial principles and techniques in a simple manner accessible to all. Neglecting important elements, often considered "advanced," can lead to problems that prove challenging to correct later.

In this field it is often talked about a student's talent. The concept of talent is elusive, as it involves many skills that need improvement. Additionally, one cannot anticipate the challenges that may arise after a brief period of rapid learning. So, the essential part is starting the learning journey with an open mind, no matter when one begins.

Starting the musical education journey isn't just about predicting a future career; it's about developing the whole person. My goal goes beyond career goals, aiming to encourage genuine expression in each student. Throughout the process, individuals form deep connections with music and art, cultivating creativity and broadening cultural knowledge. Additionally, the complexity of music education is scientifically proven to help develop math and language skills, while integrating crucial habits of time management and discipline. Numerous studies support the idea that early music education is linked to academic achievement.

In summary, there's never a wrong time to begin the journey of musical education, as long as one is willing to explore and commit to the process. The benefits go beyond a musical career, making it a truly rewarding pursuit.
